FWCL first Shooting Stars Summer Camp was created to help bridge the gap between the last school year and the upcoming year. Studies show that test scores can drop as much as 40% in math and up to 20% in reading, with the hardest hit students between 3rd and 5th grade. Our goal is to provide programming that will slow that regression and keep students’ brains active and engaged during the summer months to prevent learning loss.

The Camp will take place at Pathway Community Church, 1010 Carroll Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46845

Summer Camp Registration

Dates of the summer camp: June 1st - July 30th, Monday through Thursday, no Friday camp

  • drop off starting at 8:30am - camp begins at 9am and ends at 3pm, all campers picked up by 3:30pm

  • families who register must attend at least 75%, or 27 days

  • 60 camper spots available

  • no meals are provided - campers must bring their own lunch, snacks will be provided

  • cost is $150 per camper per week and is due every Monday
