For lasting success, a child must develop academic skills in addition to building confidence and a positive self-image to continue the learning process.

While students work to enhance and build academic skills, instruction is also taking place to help students discover how to think about learning and how to regulate habitual and anxiety-ridden learning behaviors.

Students like Addy rely on financial assistance to receive our specialized instruction. Because of your continued generosity, Addy was able to improve her reading and spelling by 212% in just 7 weeks! Because we work on building her phonics skills, Addy’s ability to read nonsense words improved by 2.5 years.

Addy is just one of the 31 students we had the pleasure of working with this year. Like Addy, many of our students improved significantly through their individualized program. 100% of the families who applied for tuition assistance received a reduction in their fees because of the outpouring of support from our community and donors like you.
